FAB CANDLES SA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING OF PARCELS ONCE COLLECTED FROM US - WE WILL ISSUE A TRACKING NUMBER AND LINK FOR YOU TO TRACK AND TRACE.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 - 14 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via THE COURIER GUY with tracking and drop-off with signature - courier delivery depends on what area you are in - Gauteng will be 1-3 days and other areas are up to 5-14 days delivery.
If you prefer delivery by another courier, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Once the parcel has left FAB Candles SA it will not be our responsibility to track the parcel, this is why the tracking information is sent to the Customer - the customer will be responsible for tracking their packages.
FAB Candles SA endeavors to ensure that delivery time frames are accurate. However the delivery times stated for products on this website assumes that stock levels are maintained and that stock availability information provided by our suppliers or ourselves are accurate. Once your order has been collected FAB Candles SA will not be liable for any loss, expense or other damage directly or indirectly caused by any delay in delivery.
Customers to accurately advise the delivery address for the order to be sent.
Customers must make sure this is a physical address and someone is present at all times to sign for your parcel.
If a order is returned due to no-one being able to sign for the package, the Customer must send us the proof of payment for a re-delivery before FAB Candles SA will re-schedule the delivery.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
FAB Candles SA has the right to charge an additional fee should the fees with the courier be increased to to excess weight or a Price Increase with the courier has occurred.
We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Products supplied in accordance with a Customer Order can only be returned on approval from FAB Candles SA.
Customers must submit via email to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of order that they want to return and the reason why, which FAB Candles SA will either approve or decline the return.
Costs for return will be at the Customers Expense unless the Order was packed incorrectly by FAB Candles SA which will then be for our Account.
Products must be returned in the original packaging and not damaged, FAB Candles SA will inspect the product apon return and will advise if the customer will be refunded.
FAB Candles SA will not accept any returns on Plain Wax Colored Candles.
The Customer must make 100% sure on the colour they are ordering is the colour that they want.
FAB Candles SA has a colour Pallet which can be supplied in case you are not sure of the colours.
Please Note: There is a Difference between White, Cream and Pearl aswell as Red, Red Wine.
Strictly NO Colour Candles will be accepted for return.
No Special Requested Candles will be accepted for return.
If the Customer has made payment for the candles and FAB Candles SA has started the Production Strictly NO Cancellations will be allowed.
If the Customer has ordered and approved the layout of special made candles no Returns or Refunds or Cancellations will be allowed.
All International order will be delivered either by Air or Sea once the Payment has been made and reflected in FAB Candles SA Banking Account. Once payment has been made to FAB Candles SA you need to allow 2 Weeks before the funds reflect in our account and then the orders will be dispatched via Air or Sea.
Air Shipments - 6-8 Weeks / Sea Shipments - 8-12 Weeks
Collections are to be arranged by the Customer and is Exworks Basis only.
Returns on International Orders will be at the Customers expense.
